The company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with additional offices in Los Angeles, California; Champaign, Illinois; London, United Kingdom; and Taipei, Taiwan. Cardlytics, Inc. was initially incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in June 2008.
