It operates manufacturing facilities in North America, Asia, and Europe. As of December 31, 2025, it had 3,492 employees, comprising 1,875 in North America, 1,099 in Asia, and 518 in Europe. Toyota Motor Corporation and Cummins, Inc. each accounted for more than 10% of its total net sales in 2025, at approximately 11.2% and 8.4%, respectively. It categorizes these products as Sense products, which provide inputs to electronic systems; Connect products, which allow systems to function in synchronization with other systems; and Move products, which ensure required movements are executed. CTS was established in 1896 as a provider of telephone products and was incorporated as an Indiana corporation in February 1929.
