These activities and services principally include checking, savings, and time deposit accounts; residential, commercial and agricultural real estate, commercial and industrial, state and political subdivision and consumer loans; and a variety of other specialized financial services. The Bank’s main office is located at 15 South Main Street, Mansfield (Tioga County), Pennsylvania. In addition to the main office in Mansfield, the Bank operates 38 full service offices, two limited branch offices and two mortgage centers in its market areas. The banking industry in the Bank’s service areas is intensely competitive, with competitors including local community banks, larger regional banks, and financial service providers such as consumer finance companies, thrifts, investment firms, mutual funds, insurance companies, credit unions, mortgage banking firms, financial companies, financial affiliates of industrial companies, FinTech and internet entities, and government sponsored agencies, such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Farm Credit.
