NGL Pipelines & Services takes in natural gas processing and related NGL marketing activities, NGL pipelines, NGL fractionation facilities, NGL and related product storage facilities, and NGL marine terminals. Crude Oil Pipelines & Services covers crude oil pipelines, crude oil storage and marine terminals, and related crude oil marketing activities. Natural Gas Pipelines & Services holds the natural gas pipeline systems that gather, treat and transport natural gas, along with natural gas marketing activities. Petrochemical & Refined Products Services gathers propylene production facilities, a butane isomerization complex, octane enhancement, iBDH and HPIB production facilities, refined products pipelines and terminals, an ethylene export terminal and a marine transportation business. The partnership was formed in April 1998 to own and operate certain natural gas liquids related businesses of EPCO, and its common units are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol EPD.
