As of December 31, 2025, the Education segment consisted of 46 early childhood education center properties and nine private school properties. For the year ended December 31, 2025, approximately $97.4 million, or 13.6%, of the Company's total revenue was attributable to AMC, and $82.8 million, or 11.5%, was attributable to Regal. EPR Properties was formed on August 22, 1997 as a self-administered Maryland real estate investment trust, and completed an initial public offering of its common shares on November 18, 1997.
