At December 31, 2025, we had approximately $2.1 billion in assets, $1.3 billion in loans, $1.7 billion in deposits, and $167.6 million in shareholders’ equity. We offer a wide range of traditional banking products and services for professionals and small-to medium-sized businesses, including consumer and commercial, mortgage, brokerage and investment, and insurance services. We also offer a full range of commercial and personal loans. We offer non-deposit investment products and other investment brokerage services through a registered representative with an affiliation through LPL Financial. The banking business is highly competitive. We compete as a financial intermediary with other commercial banks, savings and loan associations, credit unions and money market mutual funds operating in our market areas.
