It offers integrated precision optical, electro-mechanical, and electronic manufacturing services, as well as customized optics and glass fabrication services, for its OEM customers. It designs and fabricates its own customized glass and crystal optics, which are core components of the higher level assemblies it manufactures for customers, at fabrication facilities located in Fuzhou, China and Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. Fabrinet was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands in August 1999 and commenced business operations in January 2000.
