Through its insurance subsidiaries, including Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company and Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company of New York, F&G markets a portfolio of deferred annuities, immediate annuities, indexed universal life insurance, funding agreements and pension risk transfer solutions. As of December 26, 2025, the company employed 24,535 full-time equivalent employees, including 22,790 in its Title segment, 1,171 in its F&G segment, and 574 in its Corporate and other segment.
