Rail International comprises operations in Europe, known as GATX Rail Europe, India, known as Rail India, and, until January 31, 2023, Russia, known as Rail Russia. Engine Leasing consists primarily of the Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance joint ventures, known as the RRPF affiliates, which lease aircraft spare engines, and of GEL, its wholly owned aircraft spare engine leasing business. GATX Corporation is a New York corporation founded in 1898.
