Its "Other products and services" category consists primarily of aftermarket service parts and product accessories, installation and maintenance services, extended warranty revenue, grid services and other software-related subscription revenue, remote monitoring subscription revenue, and other project management service offerings provided by its owned industrial distributors. Generac Power Systems, Inc. was founded in 1959 to commercialize a line of portable generators.
