The Bank offers a traditional array of deposit products, including noninterest-bearing checking accounts, negotiable order of withdrawal accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. At December 31, 2025, the Company employed 610 individuals across its footprint, of which four were part-time. Hanmi Financial Corporation is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 2000 to be the holding company for Hanmi Bank. Hanmi Bank, the primary subsidiary of Hanmi Financial, is a state-chartered bank incorporated under the laws of the State of California in 1981.
