What this company does

Harte Hanks is a global Business Experience Outsourcing company that operates at the intersection of data, marketing, sales, customer care, fulfillment, and logistics. The company's largest client generated 10.5% of total revenues in 2025, and its largest 25 clients together generated 68.3% of total revenue in 2025. As of December 31, 2025, Harte Hanks employed 1,719 full-time employees and 350 part-time employees, of which approximately 1,380 were based outside of the United States, primarily in the Philippines. Since 2024, its services have been organized into three business units spanning the end-to-end customer and product lifecycle: data, marketing, demand generation and managed marketing services; customer care; and fulfillment and logistics. The data, marketing, demand generation and managed marketing services unit helps clients determine, detect, and activate their audiences through traditional, digital, and emerging channels, and provides full-service multi-channel marketing from strategy to campaign execution. The customer care unit's associates interact with and resolve consumer queries and complaints across hardware and software platforms, healthcare benefit plans, and product recalls. The fulfillment business unlocks sales enablement, product fulfillment, and eCommerce channels for clients, while the logistics business supports supply chain needs ranging from time-sensitive deliveries to full-scale supply chain management. The company is successor to a newspaper business started by Houston Harte and Bernard Hanks in Texas in the early 1920s, and it was incorporated in Delaware on October 1, 1970.
