In brief

What this company does

At IEH, we design and manufacture Hyperboloid connectors that not only accommodate, but exceed military and aerospace specification standards. We are a family managed business, as Louis’ great-grandson, Mr. David Offerman, is the President and Chief Executive Officer, and we believe that we still manufacture the highest quality products for the most demanding environments. IEH serves customers in the United States and internationally. Our customers include defense contractors, commercial aerospace equipment manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, oil and gas exploration firms, and commercial space launch companies. We maintain a Military Specification QPL (Qualified Product Listing), and an ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001:2015 Certification.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
