As of December 31, 2025, the company had approximately 800 full-time employees. On June 10, 2021, its predecessor, Surviving Pubco, changed its name to indie Semiconductor, Inc. and listed its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol INDI.
