What this company does

Inseego provides a portfolio of 5G wide area network products and cloud solutions for the enterprise and small and medium business market segments, and its 4G and 5G devices connect end users with broadband for both mobile and fixed wireless use cases. As of December 31, 2025, the company had 275 employees, of whom 266 were full-time. Two customers, Verizon and T-Mobile, together represented approximately 89% of its total revenues for the year ended December 31, 2025. It classifies its revenues from the sale of its products and services into two categories: Product Revenue, made up of Mobile Solutions and Fixed Wireless Access Solutions, and Software Services and Other. Its mobile hotspots, sold under the MiFi brand, have been sold to millions of end users. Its fixed wireless access solutions, deployed by enterprise and small and medium business customers at their distributed sites and employees, consist of indoor, outdoor and industrial routers and gateways supported by its Inseego Connect cloud offering. A substantial majority of its software services and other revenue comes from a SaaS CSP wireless subscriber lifecycle management solution, Inseego Subscribe, used for carriers' management of government and complex enterprise customer subscriptions. Inseego Corp. is a Delaware corporation formed in 2016 as the successor to Novatel Wireless, Inc., a Delaware corporation formed in 1996.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
