Other Services consists of a broad range of services to support the needs of customers, including station construction, customer-owned compression maintenance and overhaul, freight and crane charges, parts sales and other ancillary time and material-based offerings. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kodiak Services, formed in 2011, it has built and operated a fleet of compression assets for more than a decade, and on July 3, 2023 it completed its IPO, with its common stock trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol KGS.
