What this company does

Our general business operations are intended to provide management consultation and headquarters functions, especially with regard to funding, accounting, and audits, for our majority-owned subsidiaries, which are targeted to make up most of our holdings. We monitor our less than majority positions for value and investment security. The Company’s target industry focus includes the classic energy sectors of oil, gas, coal, uranium, and related ventures, with gold investment serving as a placeholder while new energy positions are arranged. Additionally, the Company has residual investments in legal dispute resolution services, collecting on an annuity-like financing, and the collection of a judgment that it intends to continue to pursue. In March 2025, the Company acquired three fractional, non-operating royalty interests in oil and gas properties covering approximately one-hundred twenty-one (121) wells in the Spraberry Field of the Permian Basin in West Texas, through related public auctions for total consideration of $1,369,899 as follows:

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
