Through its Morningstar Wealth and Morningstar Retirement segments, it provides investment management services to individuals and advisors, with approximately $378.0 billion in assets under management and advisement as of December 31, 2025. Morningstar, Inc. was incorporated in Illinois on May 16, 1984.
