In brief

What this company does

The Corporation is a bank holding company engaged in banking activities through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Meridian Bank (the “Bank”), a full-service, state-chartered commercial bank with offices in the Delaware Valley tri-state market, which includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, as well as in the Central Maryland market, and southwest Florida. We have a financial services business model with non-interest revenue streams from mortgage banking, the sale of SBA loan guarantees and wealth management services. The Corporation is the parent to the Bank. Meridian is headquartered in Malvern, PA, has an operations center in Exton, PA, and seven full-service branches in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. At December 31, 2025, we employed 327 individuals, nearly all of whom are full-time and of which 49% are women. None of these employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements, and Meridian believes it enjoys good relations with its personnel.

Written from the business description in Meridian Corporation's annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, filed 13 March 2026. Every sentence was checked against that document before publication.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
