As of June 27, 2025, it employed 2,162 people excluding contractors, including 579 in research and development, 112 in sales and marketing, 1,180 in manufacturing and customer support, and 291 in general and administrative functions. RTX Corporation accounted for 13%, 10%, and 14% of its revenue in fiscal years 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. Mercury Systems, Inc. was incorporated in Massachusetts in 1981.
