In 2025, the Software and Services segment's net sales were $4.4 billion, representing 38% of the Company's consolidated net sales. The Company is incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware as successor to an Illinois corporation, Motorola, Inc., organized in 1928, and changed its name to Motorola Solutions, Inc. on January 4, 2011.
