Kronos produces and markets titanium dioxide pigments, or TiO2, a base industrial product used to impart whiteness, brightness, opacity and durability across customer applications and end-use markets including coatings, plastics, paper, inks, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other industrial and consumer products. NL Industries, Inc. was organized as a New Jersey corporation in 1891.
