What this company does

Our AI-driven platform enables us to link multiple electric vehicle ("EV") batteries, as well as stationary batteries, into a virtual power plant to provide bi-directional energy to the electrical grid in a qualified and secure manner. Since our founding in 2010, we have successfully deployed V2G projects on five continents and we offer electrification solutions for fleets of all types. Our longest running commercial operation is in Denmark, where we have provided V2G services for more than nine years with daily bidding on energy markets. Nuvve Corp. was incorporated in Delaware on October 15, 2010 under the name “Nuvve Corporation.” In connection with the closing of the Business Combination, we changed our name to “Nuvve Holding Corp.”
