What this company does

Old Republic International Corporation conducts its business through a number of operating companies that use insurance company subsidiaries to issue policies, underwriting insurance and providing related services, organized into two segments, Specialty Insurance and Title Insurance. Old Republic's approximately 9,500 associates make up its workforce. Old Republic focuses most prominently on the transportation, commercial construction, healthcare, education, retail and wholesale trade, forest products, energy, general manufacturing, and financial services industries within this segment. For the year ended December 31, 2025, 21.9% of the Company's consolidated title premium and fee revenues stemmed from direct operations, including branch offices of its title insurers and wholly-owned agency subsidiaries, while the remaining 78.1% originated from independent title agents.
