In brief

What this company does

PicoCELA is engaged in the manufacturing, installation, and services for enterprise wireless mesh solutions. As of the date of the annual report, it operates solely in Japan. As of September 30, 2025, it had 55 full-time employees and two temporary employees. It derives its revenue mainly from two sources: sales of product equipment, and SaaS, maintenance and other services. Under the first revenue source, it develops mesh Wi-Fi access point devices, the PCWL series, using its proprietary patented wireless mesh communication technology software PBE, which links a chain of multiple wireless Wi-Fi access points by radio communication rather than cabling, and it outsources the manufacturing of the PCWL series and sells it both through distributors and directly to end customers. Under the second revenue source, it provides a cloud portal service, PicoManager, in a SaaS model, which enables users to monitor connectivity and communication traffic at each of its mesh Wi-Fi access points and also serves as a platform for customers to install their own edge-computing software into the PCWL series. PicoCELA was incorporated in Tokyo, Japan in 2008 as a joint-stock corporation (kabushiki kaisha) with limited liability.
