The Aftermarket segment sells products to independent aftermarket customers, with a product portfolio that includes a wide range of products as well as maintenance, test equipment and vehicle diagnostics solutions. PHINIA was formed on February 9, 2023, as a wholly-owned subsidiary in BorgWarner Inc.'s spin-off of its Fuel Systems and Aftermarket businesses.
