What this company does

Substantially all of the Company's operations are conducted through its subsidiary, Plumas Bank, which is also the principal source of the Company’s revenue. The Company is a California corporation incorporated in 2002 for the purpose of becoming the holding company for the Bank, which it acquired in a bank holding company reorganization the same year. The Bank is a California state-chartered bank that was incorporated and commenced business in 1980. With a predominant focus on personal service, the Bank positions itself as a multi-community independent bank serving the financial needs of individuals and businesses within the Bank’s geographic footprint. On July 1, 2025, we acquired our Anderson and Red Bluff branches and two branches in Redding with the acquisition of Cornerstone Community Bank ("Cornerstone").
