At September 30, 2025, the company's contract backlog was $3.0 billion, compared to $2.0 billion at September 30, 2024. Construction Partners, Inc. was formed as a Delaware corporation in 2007 as a holding company to facilitate an acquisition growth strategy in the HMA paving and construction industry.
