For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026, it recorded net sales of $7.9 billion. Its business is organized into three reportable segments: the Construction Products Group, the Performance Coatings Group and Consumer. Its CPG segment, whose products and services are sold throughout North America and account for the majority of its international sales, generated $3.1 billion in net sales for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026. Its PCG segment, whose products and services are sold throughout North America and internationally, generated $2.1 billion in net sales for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026. Its Consumer segment manufactures and markets professional-use and do-it-yourself products for mainly residential applications, including home improvement and personal leisure activities, and generated $2.7 billion in net sales in the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026. RPM International Inc., a Delaware corporation, succeeded to the reporting obligations of RPM, Inc., an Ohio corporation, following a 2002 reincorporation transaction; RPM, Inc. was originally incorporated in 1947 under the name Republic Powdered Metals, Inc. and changed its name to RPM, Inc. in 1971.
