Our range of services include transportation, warehouse, collection, last-mile delivery, drop shipping, customs clearance, and overseas transit delivery. As a holding company with no material operations, conduct substantially all of our operations through subsidiaries established in the United States, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) and Hong Kong. In the fiscal year 2022, while we continued to provide our traditional freight logistics business, we expanded our services to include warehousing services provided by our U.S. subsidiary Brilliant Warehouse Service Inc.
