The Bank is a Texas state-chartered bank. The Company was incorporated as a Delaware corporation in 1996 and commenced banking operations in 1998. Bask Bank is an online division of the Bank that offers depositors American Airlines AAdvantage® miles in lieu of cash interest as well as traditional interest bearing deposit products, such as checking accounts, savings accounts and certificates of deposit.
