What this company does

Titan is a global wheel, tire, and undercarriage industrial manufacturer and supplier that services customers across the globe. At December 31, 2025, the Company employed approximately 8,200 people worldwide, including approximately 5,300 located outside the United States. Net sales to Deere & Company across its agricultural, earthmoving/construction, and consumer segments represented 10% and 11% of Titan's consolidated net sales for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Titan designs and manufactures products for OEMs and aftermarket customers in the agricultural, earthmoving/construction, and consumer markets. In the earthmoving/construction segment, the Company manufactures wheels, tires, and undercarriage systems and components for equipment such as skid steers, aerial lifts, cranes, scrapers, haul trucks, crawler tractors, and hydraulic excavators. In February 2024, Titan acquired Carlstar, now also known as Titan Specialty, a manufacturer and distributor of wheels and tires for end markets including outdoor power equipment, power sports, and high speed trailers, which is primarily concentrated in the consumer segment but also manufactures and sells small to midsize agricultural tires. Titan traces its roots to the Electric Wheel Company in Quincy, Illinois, founded in 1890, and was originally incorporated in 1983.
