As of December 31, 2025, it had consolidated total assets of $28.0 billion. Its consolidated loans at December 31, 2025 were $19.4 billion, or 69% of total consolidated assets. As of December 31, 2025, it employed 3,070 full-time equivalent employees, compared to 2,979 as of December 31, 2024. The Holding Company is incorporated in Georgia and is a legal entity separate and distinct from the Bank and other subsidiaries.
