As of February 13, 2026, it had approximately 1,027 employees located in thirteen countries, all employed on a full-time basis. It has two operating segments, Market Making and Execution Services, and one non-operating segment, Corporate. Its Market Making segment consists of market making in cash, futures and options markets across global equities, fixed income, currencies, cryptocurrencies and commodities. Its Execution Services segment offers agency execution services and trading venues in global equities, exchange traded funds, fixed income, currencies and commodities to institutions, banks and broker dealers, earning commissions when transacting as an agent for clients. It and its predecessors have been in the electronic trading and market making business for more than 20 years.
