The Weighing Solutions segment is comprised of the company's VPG Transducers, VPG Onboard Weighing, BLH Nobel, Stress-Tek and Vulcan businesses. The Measurement Systems segment includes systems for steel production, materials development and safety testing, and is comprised of the company's KELK, DSI, Pacific Instruments and DTS businesses. On July 6, 2010, the company was spun off from Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. through a tax-free stock dividend of VPG stock to Vishay Intertechnology's stockholders, and became a publicly traded company.
