The Government Solutions segment, which generated approximately $460.7 million in revenue for 2025, or approximately 47% of 2025 total revenue, provides photo enforcement automated safety solutions to states, municipalities, counties, school districts and law enforcement agencies primarily in the United States, Canada and Australia. The Parking Solutions segment, which generated approximately $82.6 million in revenue for 2025, or approximately 8% of 2025 total revenue, provides commercial parking management solutions to approximately 1,775 customers in the university, municipal, healthcare and commercial operator markets, as of December 31, 2025.
