What this company does

Worthington Enterprises designs and manufactures products sold to consumers, primarily through retail channels, in the tools, outdoor living and celebrations market categories, as well as building products that serve customers in the residential and non-residential construction markets. As of May 31, 2026, it had approximately 3,800 employees, and its unconsolidated joint ventures employed approximately 2,400 additional individuals. The company's business is managed and reported under two operating segments, distinguishable by the nature of the products and services provided: Building Products and Consumer Products. In fiscal 2026, Building Products generated approximately 62% of the company's consolidated net sales. The Consumer Products segment sells propane-filled cylinders for torches and camping stoves, handheld torches, helium-filled balloon kits, hand tools, drywall tools and accessories, and gas grills and pizza ovens under brands including Balloon Time, Bernzomatic, Coleman (licensed), Garden-Weasel and Worthington Pro Grade, and generated approximately 38% of the company's consolidated net sales in fiscal 2026. It was founded in 1955. Following the Separation, Worthington Industries, Inc. changed its name to Worthington Enterprises, Inc.
