Through its community banking segment, the banks also offer home equity, consumer and real estate loans, safe deposit facilities, ATMs, and online and mobile banking. Through its specialty finance segment, it offers financing of insurance premiums for businesses and individuals, insurance banking services to insurance agents, brokers, insurance carriers and other insurance businesses, and accounts receivable financing and outsourced administrative services. Through its wealth management segment, it offers trust and investment services, tax-deferred like-kind exchange services, asset management solutions and securities brokerage services through four subsidiaries: WPT, Wintrust Investments, GLA and CDEC. Wintrust Financial Corporation was incorporated in Illinois in 1992.
