Emergent BioSolutions is organized into three operating segments: a Commercial Product Segment consisting of NARCAN Nasal Spray and KLOXXADO Spray, an MCM Products Segment consisting of Anthrax and Smallpox medical countermeasure products and other products, and a Services Segment consisting of its Bioservices portfolio. Its Government-MCM business focuses primarily on the procurement of MCM products and procured product candidates by domestic and international government customers, with an emphasis on the USG, which is its largest customer.
