The Prescription Technology Solutions segment connects patients, pharmacies, providers, pharmacy benefit managers, health plans and biopharma companies, delivering medication access solutions that follow a patient from a first prescription fill to ongoing therapy. The Medical-Surgical Solutions segment supplies medical-surgical products, laboratory equipment and pharmaceutical distribution and logistics to more than 336,000 customers in non-acute and alternate-site settings in the United States, among them physician offices, surgery centers, post-acute care facilities, hospital reference labs and home health agencies. The Company was incorporated in the State of Delaware on July 7, 1994.
