In brief

What this company does

Evolus sells products in two categories within medical aesthetics: injectable neurotoxins and injectable hyaluronic acid gels. Under a 2013 agreement, Daewoong manufactures and supplies Jeuveau to it and grants it an exclusive license to import, distribute, promote, market, develop, offer for sale and commercialize Jeuveau for aesthetic indications in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, along with co-exclusive distribution rights with Daewoong in Japan. In April 2025, it launched Evolysse Form and Evolysse Smooth in the United States, indicated for wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, in adults. Its customers are aesthetic practitioners who are properly licensed to deliver its products. As of December 31, 2025, it had 334 employees, all of whom were full-time in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Written from the business description in Evolus, Inc.'s annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, filed 3 March 2026. Every sentence was checked against that document before publication.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
