Its reportable operating segments are comprised of Americas, Europe and Asia, and each includes sales to wholesale and distributor customers and sales through Company-owned retail stores and e-commerce activities based on the location of the selling entity. The Americas segment primarily covers customers in Canada, Latin America and the United States, the Europe segment covers customers in European countries, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia segment covers customers in Australia, greater China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Fossil Group, Inc. is a Delaware corporation formed in 1991 and is the successor to a Texas corporation formed in 1984.
