In brief

What this company does

The Partnership has also invested in Governmental Issuer Loans (GILs), which, like MRBs, provide financing for affordable multifamily properties. The Partnership also makes joint-venture equity investments for the construction, stabilization, and ultimate sale of market-rate multifamily and seniors housing properties. The Partnership owned 16 taxable MRBs with outstanding principal of $43.8 million as of December 31, 2025. The Partnership continually assesses opportunities to expand and/or reposition its existing portfolio of MRBs, GILs and other investments. Its primary business objective is to manage its portfolio of investments to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns, create recurring income streams, pass through tax-advantaged income, generate capital-gains income, use leverage effectively, and preserve and protect Partnership assets. As of December 31, 2025 the Partnership itself had no employees; seventeen employees of Greystone Manager, an affiliate of the general partner, are primarily responsible for the Partnership's operations, including its chief executive officer and chief financial officer.
