ARIKAYCE received accelerated approval in the US in September 2018 for the treatment of MAC lung disease as part of a combination antibacterial drug regimen for adult patients with limited or no alternative treatment options in a refractory setting. BRINSUPRI, an oral, once-daily treatment for non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis in patients 12 years of age and older, was approved in the US in August 2025. ARIKAYCE is manufactured by Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. in Canada at a 200 kilogram scale.
