In brief

What this company does

Our principal commercial strategy is focused on acquiring, establishing, and operating fertility clinics and related businesses and technologies. As of the date of this filing, we have four fertility clinics in the United States. On August 10, 2023, we consummated the first acquisition of an existing fertility clinic, the Wisconsin Fertility Institute (“WFI”). As an established and profitable clinic, the closing of the WFI acquisition more than tripled our annual revenue and became a major part of our clinic-based operations. Our proprietary INVOcell® device enables fertilization and early embryo development to occur in vivo within the woman’s body - the world’s first intravaginal culture (“IVC”) technique of its kind.

Written from the business description in INVO Fertility, Inc.'s annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, filed 2 June 2026. Every sentence was checked against that document before publication.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
