Since acquiring the predecessor to the company in March 2010, it has grown its enterprise from eight to 960 clinics in operation as of December 31, 2025, with an additional 82 franchise licenses sold but not yet developed across its network, and 57 letters of intent for 57 future clinic licenses. As of December 31, 2025, its franchisees owned or managed 885 clinics, and the company owned or managed 75 clinics. It collects a royalty of 7.0% of gross sales from franchised clinics, remits a 3.0% royalty to regional developers on the gross sales of franchises opened within certain regional developer protected territories, and also collects a national marketing fee of 2.0% of gross sales of all franchised clinics. As of December 31, 2025, it had 960 franchised or company-owned or managed clinics in operation in 43 states.
