KAYS has approximately ten years of operational experience as a vertically integrated legal cannabis enterprise, both operating legal marijuana dispensaries, as well as cultivation and manufacturing facilities. The Company currently has one retail cannabis license in Oregon and two medical marijuana production and processing licenses in Greece. On December 13, 2022 the Company formed Fifth Dimension Therapeutics ("FDT") to seek to provide psychedelic "mind care" treatments to veterans suffering from PTSD, addicts seeking to break addiction, individuals with eating disorders, and others with a wide array of treatment resistant mental health disorders.
