In brief

What this company does

Our CAR T-cell product candidates start with the identification of promising cancer targets. Our lead product candidate, rondecabtagene autoleucel (ronde-cel, also known as LYL314), is a dual-targeting CD19/CD20 CAR T-cell therapy designed to increase complete response rates and prolong the duration of response as compared to the approved CD19‑targeted CAR T-cell therapies. We are currently conducting a pivotal single-arm clinical trial (PiNACLE) evaluating ronde-cel in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) receiving treatment in the third- or later-line (3L+) setting and a Phase 3 randomized controlled head-to-head CAR T-cell therapy trial (PiNACLE-H2H) for patients with LBCL receiving treatment in the second-line setting (2L). LYL273 is enhanced with CD19 CAR expression and controlled cytokine release designed to improve CAR T-cell expansion, immune cell infiltration and cancer cell killing in the hostile tumor microenvironment.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
