The Company's Book Publishing segment consists of HarperCollins, which has operations in 15 countries. The Company's News Media segment consists primarily of News Corp Australia, News UK and the New York Post. News Corporation is a Delaware corporation originally organized on December 11, 2012 in connection with its separation from Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc., which was completed on June 28, 2013.
