In brief

What this company does

We manufacture high water content, electron beam cross-linked, aqueous polymer hydrogels, or gels, used for wound care, medical diagnostics, transdermal drug delivery and cosmetics. In May 2023, we formed a joint venture with CG Laboratories, Inc. called CG Converting and Packaging, LLC, which is located in Granbury, Texas and of which we own a 50% interest, allowing us to expand our ability to deliver finished goods to our growing customer base. To our knowledge, NexGel is one of two manufacturers using electron beam technology for high performance hydrogels for the wound care, cosmetic and drug delivery industries. As of December 31, 2025, we had 19 full-time employees. We maintain a combined corporate office and manufacturing facility in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, where we lease approximately 16,500 square feet of office and manufacturing space which expires on January 31, 2031.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
